At E-Living, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your E-Living account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to schedule a courier pickup or drop off at a local hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
